Dempsey Challenge Teams
Team members can train together, fundraise collectively and inspire each other to do their best! Team members often enjoy a mutual bond, whether it involves family, work, a civic group or passion for a cause.
Join a Team!
Click on Register Now, select Join a Team, and choose the team name -- or click on Create New Team.
Team members can show their spirit by creating a unique jersey, cheering each other on, and participating together.
Event Days
Team members can gather before and after the ride on Sunday and run/walk on Saturday in a team area at Simard-Payne Police Memorial Park. The team area will feature a photo backdrop where teams can capture images for their scrapbook.
The fundraising minimum is $150 for all participants 18 and over. Team members can work together to raise their funds and have fun at the same time! Team members may participate in different events, remaining together in spirit!

Spread the word and recruit teammates! Send them an email inviting them to participate!
Proceeds benefit cancer patients, families and survivors through the Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing at Central Maine Medical Center.
Team Incentives
Individual team members will be awarded incentive gifts based on their individual fundraising total. In order to participate on event day, the minimum fundraising requirement of $150 must be met.
